Experience
Prior to joining our firm, Pablo worked as an associate at Carey & Cía.’s tax department for 7 years, where he specialized in international transactions, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, project finance and tax litigation.
Between July 2019 and August 2020, he worked as an Interntional Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in New York, focusing his practice on US and international taxation. In parallel, he worked as a Researcher and Academic Assistant for the International Taxation Program at New York University’s School of Law for nine months.
He participated in the commission for the analysis on taxation of digital services, convened by the group of tax experts organized in 2020 to analyze the Chilean tax system and present the Governement with a report with proposals for its improvement.
