Hernán leads the firm’s Tax Accounting team. His daily practice focuses on providing a comprehensive service to our clients with a strategic business vision, combining taxation and accounting, contributing to the delivery of tax consulting and compliance services for corporations and individuals, as well as supporting the legal team in asset and corporate reorganization processes.
She joined Ulloa y Cía. in 2022.

Experience
Hernán worked for nine years as Tax Manager in the Tax Compliance department at EY Consulting, providing tax compliance services to business groups and individuals. In addition, he was part of the Family Business team, participating in asset and corporate reorganization processes.
Previously, Hernán worked for one year at the Internal Audit section of Clínica Red Salud Vitacura (former Clínica Tabancura). His practice included supporting the Controller in internal audit processes and process improvement.
